A UK-based computer manufacturing company has gotten into a partnership with competitive esports team Fnatic.

As a result, all Fnatic teams in all titles at the European esports organization will be provided with custom-made PCs to aid content creation.

Fnatic currently has active teams in League of Legends, Halo, FIFA, Dota 2, Valorant, and Counter-Strike: Global Offensive.

Although there were no specifics on the length of the contract, both parties will be keen to make the most of the relationship.

Fnatic will have Chillblast’s logo boldly represented on every jersey. In return, Chillblast will provide custom-made PCs and gaming notebooks. These gadgets will also be available for fans to purchase, while the computer manufacturer will also double as resellers of Fnatic Gear clothing.

Chillblast has continually tried to maintain its relevance in the esports industry, inking deals with several esports organizations. In May 2020, they extended their partnership with Excel Esports, a British esports organization.

Fnatic’s CEO Sam Mathews said the partnership will give their players the best-performing systems and better their chances of being competitive.

“Our players know that to be able to compete at the best in-game, we need to have the best-performing systems,” he said.

“Chillblast will be able to offer excellent performance along with unique fantastic Fnatic team designs.

“We can’t think of a better PC manufacturer to partner with than Chillblast to demonstrate our commitment to support our players with the highest levels of PC performance, while also offering fans the opportunity to access the same systems that our players use.”

Chillblast is a major player in the UK esports scene and is excited to continue its expansion. Scott Brenchlet, the CEO of Tactus Group (Chillblast’s parent company), said that the organization is obsessed with providing the best-performing systems to help gamers compete.

“Everyone at Chillblast is excited to enter into this partnership with Fnatic. We’re obsessed with providing the highest levels of performance and service, enabling gamers to compete at the highest levels,” he said.

While Chillblast is the latest of Fnatic’s partners, the esports organization has active deals with other companies, including BMW and Crypto.com.

Fnatic’s Valorant team will play their first game of the EMEA Stage 2 Challengers on May 14 against FunPlus Phoenix. The team will be looking to turn things around after their horrid display in the just-concluded 2022 VCT Stage 1 Masters Reykjavik. They failed to make it out of the group stage after losing their first two games to Ninjas in Pyjamas and ZETA DIVISION.

A third-place finish in the League of Legends European Championship Spring 2022 saw their LoL team miss the ongoing Mid-Season Invitational. Although they finished second in the LEC Summer 2021 and secured a World Championship berth, they finished 16th of the 22 teams that participated in the event.
