In a statement shared on their official Twitter page, OTK revealed that they had brought in a third-party legal organization to shed light on the entire situation. They emphasized their aversion to all forms of sexual harassment and assault and promised to keep fans updated concerning the investigation results.? ?

“When OTK was formed nearly two years ago, we strived to create a gaming organization that embodied our values as creators, gamers, and individuals,” the statement read.?

?“Yesterday evening, a series of clips and content surfaced relating to one of our founders. Due to the seriousness of what’s been brought forward, we have begun the process of contracting a third-party legal organization to investigate the issue in detail.

“In the meantime, Mizkif has been placed on leave and will be stepping away from his organizational duties pending the results of the investigation. OK strongly condemns sexual harassment, assault, and bigotry of all forms. We appreciate your support and patience during this time and will provide updates as we receive them.”?

A few days ago, Mizkif was accused of attempting to bury an alleged assault that involved content creator Adrianah “AdrianahLee” Lee and CrazySlick, a fellow Twitch streamer. In 2021, AdrianahLee shared a TwitLonger post which shed light on the incident that allegedly occurred in 2020.? ?

AdrianahLee revealed that, at the time, she was inebriated at a party when CrazySlick touched her inappropriately under the guise of “checking her pulse”. He was reportedly fended off by some friends at the gathering who noticed that he tried to grope her.? ?

According to Twitch streamer Tyler “Trainwreck” Niknam, Mizkif and his girlfriend Maya attempted to “cover up all those sexual assaults” due to their relationship with CrazySlick. A clip of the Twitch streamer also recently surfaced where he was seen making light of the incident and saying it was “not really a big deal”.? ?

Mizkif responded to the accusations and claimed, at the time, that CrazySlick had misled him. The OTK co-founder further revealed, upon realizing the deception, that he asked that the streamer vacate his house as soon as he could.

In the TwitLonger statement, Mizkif also talked about the comments he made concerning the assault while streaming and apologized to everyone involved.?

?“A little while after Slick’s misconduct came to light last year, I made some inexcusable statements on an alt-stream after some chat messages got to me,” the streamer wrote.? ?

“To Adrianah and all those affected by sexual harassment, I am sorry for those statements. Sexual harassment, regardless of degree, can never be considered ‘small’, and while my intention was to clarify a misleading chat message, I chose my words poorly, and my response came off as downplaying what should never be downplayed.”?

?He also went on Twitter to show his support for AdrianahLee and affirmed that Slick sexually assaulted her.? ?

“I want to make it clear, the Harrasment is about the discord logs, and comments slick made towards every girl who came forward,” he tweeted.?

?“Slick sexually assaulted Adrianah. And there’s no excuse for it. Her story deserves to be told. And I’m glad she was able to share it fully.”?

Mizkif went on to apologize to OTK as a whole, including the organization’s staff and partners, “who put their trust in me everyday to represent our organization in the best way I can”.? ?

“OTK has informed me that the organization is in the process of contracting a third party to investigate the actions above. During this time, I will be taking a leave of absence and stepping away from organizational duties,” he concluded.?

?At the moment, it is not certain how long the third-party investigation will carry on or what role Mizkif will be placed in One True King upon his return, if he returns.

Because of how well the OTK Games Expo turned out, one of the companies that sponsored the event has now chosen to collaborate with the organizers. OTK made the announcement of its alliance with Razer in a video that also included Asmongold, Cyr, and Nmplol.

Since it was established in October 2020, the esports and content development company has advanced significantly. Twitch players Asmongold, Esfand, Mizkif, Rich Campbell, and Tips Out established the organization.

Razer is now collaborating with the group after the first Games Expo, an independent games exhibit meant to replace some of the open spots?left by E3.

OTK posted a video with Cyr, Asmongold, Jschlatt, and Nmplol on the organization’s Twitter feed. In the footage, Cyr can be seen attempting to?flee Alcatraz, a high security facility in San Francisco that is no longer in operation. Asmongold refuses his attempt to help him escape from his prison and instead chooses to stream from a PC inside his prison.

In the end, he is able to make contact with Nmplol, who is the one who supports him in evading capture and escaping the facility. Nick ultimately produces a laptop and proceeds through the standard Hollywood hacking routine from there. The reality of the situation then comes out, which is that the clip was actually a declaration of their newly built collaboration with Razer.

Razer is a firm that specializes in electronics and manufactures a variety of devices linked to gaming. These products include gaming seats, keyboards, headsets, and more. In another of his tweets, OTK?included a link to the Gamer Days deal that was now taking place at Best Buy. The sale featured a number of gaming accessories manufactured by Razer.

Records show this is the second collaboration that the organization has revealed this month; earlier in the month, WePlay Esports was introduced as a strategic investor and partner. In the clip, Razer was welcomed into the OTK tribe?by a significant number of the organization’s members, some of whom even made an appearance in the clip.

Supporters and followers?of the group appeared to be excited about the announcement as well, as they expressed their support for Razer and complimented the production value of the video presentation.

The innovation that went into the creation of the announcement video appears to have been successful in getting fans excited about the alliance with One True King and Razer.

WePlay Esports, a flagship company of WePlay Holding will feature OTK’s gaming and lifestyle content in virtual and augmented reality using its state-of-the-art production facilities. The partnership will aid in complementing OTK’s mixed-media streaming content and live audience.

The co-founder of OTK and chief operating officer, Tips Out highlighted the benefits of the partnership. He recognized that the partnership will afford OTK a wide range of possibilities with its content creation. He stated that the deal with WePlay Esports’ will give collaborative content a new meaning.

“The augmented and virtual reality capabilities at WePlay Esports add a whole new dimension to collaborative content,” said Tips Out. “Content that would’ve normally required participants to be in the same physical space is now remotely accessible.”

Rich Campbell, OTK’s streamer and professional esports host, commented on the dedicated space that could be used in the hosting of competitive events, live shows, and mixed-reality content. He shared his excitement for this new achievement made possible by the partnership with WePlay Esports.

“We are excited to open the doors of our new home to the OTK community, with plans in store to utilize the space for esports events, live shows, and mixed-reality content,” Campbell said.

The partnership will see OTK access WePlay’s 20,000 square foot esports arena, with a 100-man physical audience capacity. However, the Los Angeles-based Arena has the ability to integrate augmented reality and generate a worldwide digital audience outreach. And as such, the physical audience capacity is by no means a limitation.

The arena offers the OTK community a second physical home, specifically designed to expand OTK’s content catalog and improve its quality beyond the typical Twitch.tv streaming standard. The partnership also affords the content creators in OTK an avenue to explore their creativity.

The co-founder and managing partner Yura Lazebnikov reaffirmed the company’s position in the partnership with OTK. He stated that the company’s goal has always been “expanding horizons” and building partnerships with “ambitious gaming market members,” which he said OTK was certainly one.

“We at WePlay Esports have always focused on expanding horizons and partnering with ambitious gaming market members. And we believe that OTK is exactly that!”

Maksym Bilonogov, chief visionary officer and general producer at WePlay Esports looks forward to working with OTK. He referenced the first stream which was held on June 7 as the beginning of a series of initiatives within and outside the United States esports arena.
